* Take necessary step to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with construction phase plan.
* Ensure that risk assessment and control measures in place.
* Give proper information, instruction, training to all people involved in the site.
Job Responsibilities.
• Responsible for informing all employees of changes regarding laws and regulations.
• Do daily inspections on all sites allocated to me.
• Assist the foreman in generating risk assessments and safe operating procedures.
• Report any deviation, which may cause financial loss, injuries, or possible illnesses to the manager of the specified section immediately.
• Submit all the report stating injuries, possible hazardous arrangements and progress made to the Safety Manager on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for maintaining, servicing and assessing safety equipment need on allocated site.
• Once a month, have a meeting with management and supervisors to discuss new strategies and possible new measures to upgrade safety quality on allocated site.
• Take appropriate correction, corrective and preventive actions in case any unconformity arises during the work.
• Report all daily inspection report and other unsafe activities to the Safety Engineer.
• Conduct Safety induction of new employees before start the work at site.
• Help the foreman and supervisors for conduction tool box talk.
Job Responsibilities.
• Conduct weekly HSE meeting internally, and prepare the minutes.
• Prepare the training schedule for workers and supervisors
• Conduct induction in site and keep proper record.
• Ensure the daily inspection in site and corrective follow up.
• Observe safety helpers performance in site and ensure the HSE standard in site.
• Continues observation against any environmental violation.
• Arrange third party certificate for plant and equipment.
• Accident/incident/near miss investigation and reporting.
• Implement the Permit system for hazardous activities.
• Helps the Safety manager for preparing the risk assessment in all latest activity related.
• Attend weekly monthly HSE meeting for client and project management.
• Prepare weekly/ monthly HSE reports, update monthly HSE performance.
• Update HSE manual with the help of safety manager on requirement of nature of project requirement.
• Ensure the welfare facilities and hygienic for site workers.
• Conduct refresher training with employees on use of fire extinguishers, manual handling, emergency procedures…etc.
• Ensure adequacy of facilities in the site clinic and fist aid room.
• Review of HSE policy depends up on the accidents, incidents, near misses.
• Conduct weekly inspection of lifting tackles and keep proper records.

Conduct safety inspections frequently, and submit daily report to management.
Conduct inspections of fire extinguishers and ensure it is suitable for extinguish a fire.
