Working in various capacities as Field Operator in unit like FCCU (Licensor - UOP) in DANGOTE REFINERY LTD which contain Reactor-Regenerator, Power Recovery Train, Flue gas cooler, Main Air Blower, Main Fractionators, UGS (unsaturated gas Separation) which include LPG Treating & Fuel gas treatment with Absorber for H2S removal, Wet gas compressor and Distillation columns.
1) Have experienced unit start-ups/ shut-downs.
2) Worked in Two Refinery Mega Turn-around (November-December 2018) & (Octoer-2020).
3) Start up and Shut down of Wet Gas centrifugal compressor (MAN TURBO) & different types of
pumps.
4)Identified Underground Hydrocarbon leak of drainage system.
5) Thorough knowledge about WORK PERMIT SYSTEM, and basic awareness about ENMS, OSHA
and Refinery Integrated Management System.
6) Operational hands-on experience in Distillation column, Stripper, Hot service pumps & Exchangers.
7) A decent knowledge regarding trouble shooting problems related to Pumps like Slurry handling
centrifugal pumps (LAWRENCE), Gear pumps (SUNDYNE), Screw pumps, Turbine Driven
Centrifugal pumps, etc.
8) Operational exposure in Reactor-Regenerator, Fractionation column, Fired heater area.
9) Pre-commissioning of new revamp lines and equipments like heat exchangers.
10) Successfully Inspected all FCCU Columns internals for any malfunctioning in Turnaround.
11) Have given suggestion to reduce Reactor overhead vapor line coking in rainy season.
Underwent a Vocational Training for 2 months at DECCAN FINE CHEMICALS LTD, Ankleshwar in FLUIPICOLIDE (Herbicide) production plant. Also underwent a training program at LUPIN PHARMACEUTICALS LTD, Ankleshwar.
