• Make business correspondence, inviting suppliers or subcontractors for a meeting related to financial and technical issues
• Coordinate with the suppliers or subcontractors any inconsistencies from the agreement such as prices which are not in accordance with the specifications
• Keep essential information about suppliers and subcontractors up to date for efficient reference
