In the present role I am responsible to lead Facility Management functions for Al-Suwaidi Group owned and leased facilities, this role requires me to manage FM service at a Strategic Level with direct reporting to Executive management. In brief, my responsibilities include:

Functional Responsibilities:
•Manage and oversee Facility planning, executing strategic plans for business units, Provide strategic inputs
to senior management / Business unit Heads for various real estate and facility service related needs.
•Manage facility operations, building maintenance, project and perform maintenance audits for facilities
•Mange Engineers, supervisors and FM staff : Responsible for Hard, Soft, BMS & Physical Security services
•Manage Supplier deliverables: Contractors & service providers - Monitor KPIs and service provider performance as per contract and service level agreement.




•Manage and Monitor: CAFM System for Asset management : Operation & maintenance plans, procedures
and standards for various Machineries as per manufacturer recommendation.
•Manage Customer relationship and their Service requirements
•Mange relation relationship with all Internal & External Clients - C Level executives, GMs etc.
•Develop manage and oversee Group capacity Plans & allocation, developmental plans and relocations
•Plan and Manage new fit outs, refurbishment or upgrade of projects
•Provide Engineering/Technical evaluation and approval for modification works
•Provide Automation plans and Technical review for any specific FM technology /security systems to
Enhance FM services across all business groups
•Develop and manage technical scope of works for Operations & Maintenance, Service level agreements for
Various MEP Machineries.
•Manage Building - Statutory requirement and government certifications for Facilities on yearly basis
•Managed Performance, development and Training of reporting staff
•Manage EHS, Emergency repose and BCP activities

Financial & Procurement Responsibilities:
•Manage lease and revenue for buildings that are leased to external customers
•Monitoring and managing, operational budgets, capital budgets
•Manage, evaluate and monitor all procurement requirements for Holding
•Managing lease and sub-lease for office premises, revenue management and revenue, billing for clients in
Leased facilities including contract renewals, utility billing and P&L for corporate office

Major Achievements:
• Successfully developed and FM policies, procedures and processes to underpin and standize Building
Operations, SLA's, KPI's, as per company standards and assuring proper implementation
• Implemented automation and upgrades in Front desk management, Service request management, remote
CCTV surveillance, Asset Management & BMS operations thereby improving efficiency of FM
Operations.
•Improved existing use of Oracle CRM for Inventory and PO management
•Success fully delivered Operational contingency plans (BCP), emergency response procedures (ERAP)
• Developed and Implemented preventive maintenance programs and all technical documentation for
Contractor services (Contractor & Construction guidelines).
•Introduced various sustainability measures across group
•Brought energy consumption of Energy by 20% from 2017 cost
•Reduced FM operational cost by 7% in 2019 by effective utilization of resources.
•Managed QMS ISO 9001: 2015 for 2 business units in group, managing standard process, Procedure,
internal audits, with zero non-conformities and variances.
