1. Manage and Recruit crew for Rigs

• Responsible for managing crew of 48 drilling Rigs in Saudi Arabia including 3 Offshore Rigs and leading a team of 7 subordinates.
• Pivotal for maintaining schedules for field breaks & travel plans for multinational workforce of over 4700 employees on different work time.
• Implemeting GRO activities which includes logistics, Crew changes, Crew rotations etc
• Carrying out various activities like:
o Processing visas for personnel and tracking visa validity & renewals.
o Executing payroll timesheets for companies’ junior staff members.
• Managing logistics operations by ensuring that employees arriving within the country at various
destinations are picked up and transported to their concerned rig locations and accommodations.
• Liaising with Travel Agents for flight bookings of companies’ rotational manpower.
• Overseas Visa documentation and Liaison with agencies for Visa process and keep visas for employees
intact
• Liaison with Coordinators for Offshore passes and documents to comply with Aramco and Govt.
restrictions.
• Carried out activities for TCN and Expat offshore crew changes and process relevant documentations like
coast guard letters / access passes / secure entry passes.
• Liaised with agencies for Offshore Rig moves and documentations.
• Crew Mobilization and handling day to day crew change and also handling the leased vehicles
• Involved in the renewals of residence permits, passports, visas and Aramco id’s and ensured that for crew
departing on days off re-entry visas and visit visa extensions are in place.
• Liaise with arranging accommodations for all the personnel’s with coordinators (Compound, Apartments
and base camp.)
• Align with HR for necessary documentations and crew changes
• Liaise with all the rigs medics and managers for any assistance as and when required. Arrange meetings
and conference.
• Liaise with GRO representatives and PRO to coordinate GOSI related documents and GOSI process.
• Assist in issues with Sadad online payment request and Documentation for Exit / Re - Entry Visa, Renew
Iqama, Local Transfer, Work Permit and Traffic Violation etc.
• Liase to GRO representatives and PRO for Visa (Iqama) process and documentations.
• Liase to GRO representatives and PRO for renewal of Work Permit for crew as well as the Rig Contracts.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR, GRO and Payroll.
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
• Attend meetings and make presentations as and when required.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
• Provide HR policy guidance to HR and GRO Manager.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase
productivity and retention.
• Maintain employee’s turnover and identify training needs for teams, managements and employees.
• Evaluate training programs and suggest new HR and training strategies.
• Maintain daily workforce schedule and make arrangements for shortages as per Aramco standards.
• Align with subordinate for renewals of health insurance and group life insurance and maintain
reconciliations
• Overseeing office administration and end-to-end facilities like transportation, booking tickets, etc.
• Performing data analysis and research using standard reporting tools.
• Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance
Appraisal System linked to Reward Management and ensure that all criteria’s are met.
• Involved in the renewals of residence permits, passports, visas and Aramco id’s and ensured that for crew departing on days off re-entry visas and visit visa extensions are in place.
• Responsible for submitting payroll (TCN / EXPATS / NATIONALS) and scrutiny every 2 weeks and carry out payroll run bi-weekly.
• Carried out activities related to:
o Weekly scrutiny of crew schedule.
o Health insurance card annual renewal & dispatching.
o Populate Group Life Insurance Policy file and sent to SNIC.
Made date entry regarding attendance & personnel transactions like new hire, termination, leave of
absence, benefits deductions, garnishments, etc.
• Involved in generating:
• Personnel head count list for 39 Rigs & 14 Departments with rental employees on daily basis.
• Visa coupon replenishment sheet and provide back up for Finance Department on timely basis.
• Documents for Aramco Contract Final Retention.
• Gate pass list for Aramco restricted area like Manifa.
• Responsible for booking all out of schedule personnel to offshore, Shaybah & Tabuk rigs.
• Maintained all training certificates and sent to the rig prior to personnel movement.
• Carried out activities for TCN and Expat offshore movement.
• Liaised with Kanoo Agency for offshore Rig Move to specified locations and crew movement via Seaman
Book.
• Deployed MOH medics & arrangements of relievers and kept a record of their files & data.
• Analyzing of receivables & collection of debts.
• Conducted research and prepared papers for consideration & presentation by Executives, Committees and
Boards of Directors.
• Involved in preparing:
o Monthly tax reporting for numerous subsidiaries. o Accounts Payable & Receivable Reconciliations. o Insurance policies for various vendors.
