Duties & Responsibilities are:
Field Operations & Laboratory Services:
• High-Pressure Natural Gas Sample Collection and Composition Analysis for the Determination of Heating Value, Flow and Revenue calculation.
• High-Pressure Natural Gas Water and Hydrocarbon Dew Point Test using bureau of Mines Type Tester.
• NGL (Condensate) Analysis as per ASTM D2887 and SIMDIST Expert 10.18 Software.
• Perform Analyses on Water, Wastewater, Soil and Solid Waste Samples. Analyses may Include BOD, COD, Total Coliform, Fluoride, Chloride, Bromide, Nitrate, Phosphate, Sulphate, Elementary Nitrogen, TSS, EC, TDS, TPH, pH, etc. According to EPA, APHA, ASTM Recommended Procedure.
• Perform Sample Preparation and Digestions as Appropriate APHA, EPA, ASTM Recommended Procedure. Ensure Operational Excellence Including Performing Calibrations and Verifications, Preparing Standards, Monitoring Stock Levels of Lab Supplies, Troubleshooting Laboratory Equipment and Actioning Outstanding Samples and Analysis. Includes Related Activities such as Calibrate, Maintain and Troubleshoot Equipment used in Assigned Duties such as pH/specific Ion Probes and EC/TDS Meters, DO Meters, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers and Analytical Balances.
• Natural Gas Well Workover Flow Back Completion Fluid Disposal Related Laboratory Analysis.
• Well Workover Flow Back Fluid, Produced Water (PW) Corrosion Property Analysis-SRB, cATP, DO and detail Elemental Analysis.
• Well Bean up and Flow Step up Monitoring by Laboratory Analysis. Sand Quantity and Particles Size Distribution Analysis (PSD).
• Perform Assigned Analysis for Environmental Discharge Water Samples (API, Creek & Community Ground Water), In-process fluids (PW), Solid Waste Samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES) Techniques as per EPA, ASTM, API & APHA Recommended Procedures. Making of Stock and Working Standards, Troubleshooting & Routine Maintenance.
• Environmental Wastewater Samples (API, Creek & Community Ground Water), Non-routine Water and Wastewater Samples Metal Hydride (As, Hg) Analysis Through FIAS system by ICP-OES.
Lubricating Oil Analysis based Condition Monitoring:
• Machine (Gas Turbine Generator, Natural Gas Engines, Diesel Engines, Air Compressors) Used Lubricating Oil Sampling from Designated Sampling Point as per Recommended Procedure and Sampling Tools.
• Provide Day-to-Day Technical Support to Operations and Maintenance to Troubleshoot Rotating Equipment related Issues and Ensure Reliability & Integrity of all Gas Turbine Engines, Natural Gas Engines, Diesel Engines & Air Compressors through the Lubricating Oil Analysis based Condition Monitoring as a Part of RCM Program and Interpreting an Oil Analysis Data.
a. Fluid Properties Analysis (TAN/TBN, Viscosity, FTIR)
b. Contaminant Analysis (Moisture Analysis, FTIR, Elemental Analysis)
c. Wear Debris Analysis (Elemental Analysis)
• Gas Turbine Lubricating Oil Varnish Potential Monitoring with MPC Testing.
• Gas Turbine Oil Antioxidant Additives Level Measurement with RULER Testing.
Operational Excellence:
• Prioritize Daily Routine Testing, in Consultation with Supply Operations, to ensure Timely and Accurate Delivery of Results while Targeting Incident free Operation. This Includes self-checking of Results, promptly resolving any Abnormalities or Breakdowns and Ensuring Documented Procedures and Test Methods are Followed.
• Provide Safety Leadership and Ensures that Health and Safety is the Number One Priority by Complying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Processes, and Regulations and Always acting in a Safe Manner that are Adhered to achieve Organizations Safety Goal of Zero Incidents.
• Actively Participate in Team Efforts to Ensure Safe Laboratory Practices, Handle Chemical Applications and Field-wide Efforts to reduce Safety Incidents to Achieve Business Goal.
Responsibilities:
• In Process Quality Control (IPQC) in all stage of production and finishing.
• Water Treatment Plant Installation, Operation, Monitoring, & Trouble Shooting (RO System & Soft Water Plant).
• Biological ETP Operation, Monitoring, Quality Parameters Checking & Trouble Shooting.
• Conducts QA Monitoring and Testing Activities that Ensure the on-time Delivery of Accurate Results and Implementation of Proficiency Testing and GLP for the QA and CO2 Laboratories.
• Conducts Physio-Chemical Tests on the Raw and Process Materials using Approved Procedures at Required Frequencies. Ensures that the Correct materials are used in Beverage Production and sees to it that the Beverage Produced Complies to Specifications.
• Operate Lab Instruments and Equipment’s as per set Standards, Coordinates with QA/QC Section Head Team Leader for the Accurate and Timely Execution of Work and Testing Related Activities.
• Participates in the Implementation of Strategic Projects that Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of the Business, Quality and People.
• Helps Ensure compliance to 3-D, AIBI, FSSC-22000, HSE, GMP, GLP, Local Regulatory Requirements and PepsiCo Best Practice Tools.
Responsibilities:
• In process Quality control (IPQC).
I have been Completed M.Sc in Chemistry. During my study period I got training certificate on sophisticated QC instruments such as; 1. Operation, Maintenance & Application of GC and HPLC. 2. Spectrophotometer-Use & Application( UV-Visible). 3.Laboratory Quality Management and Assessment as per ISO/IEC 17025.
