 Preparing and sending out contracts, credit facility applications, rates, promotions, close out dates and any related
information concerning each hotel clients and accounts.
 Entertain guests for meetings, outlet experience, Site inspection and to promote the hotel experience.
 Action inquiries via call, emails, MI Leads, OneSource and C-events and walk in clients for events.
 Blocking events, meetings and group booking in the system.
 Meet clients to run through their event from preparation to the requirements including menus.
 Ensure that complete description of event hall is given including the size of hall, platforms and the provided equipment to
avoid any difficult situation on setting up.
 Conduct groups meeting to check on what the upcoming events are and how to ensure we don’t lose any business.
 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and
analyzing sales options.
 Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with new business.
 Sells the product by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospects, recommending solution.
