• Personal Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer:

• Routine secretarial functions for the COO. Schedule and manage the calendar for appointments and arrange travels, itineraries, expense reports, etc. Provides executive administrative support in
setting-up, operating, and coordinating all aspects of services to the COO.

• Monitor and screen telephone calls, e-mails and correspondences using discretion to action, delegate or redirect if necessary.

• Maintain records of out-going and incoming correspondence and compose correspondence and memos proofread for accuracy. Prepare and sign routine non -technical correspondence on own or
supervisor's name (in his absence)

• Ensure smooth and effective management of daily schedules and to prepare correspondences and reports in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point or Gallant ERP System.

• Assists and carries out with full responsibility any other duties as may be assigned by the GM/MD from time to time.

• Assist Sub-contractors in acquisition of special entry passes (CNIA)

• Travel with the COO to site offices whenever necessary.

• Sales Coordinator:
• Working on the company prequalification processes with local bodies as ADWEA, ADNOC, etc.
• Handling customer enquiries made via phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company
business -involving technical sales staff where appropriate. To solve problems by liaising with the sales staff and the customers. Follow-up and communicate with clients from inbound inquiries to
successful outbound results.

• Assisting Sales Staff in required aspects like arranging samples, catalogues and other marketing
tools.

• Undertake a broad range of activities as instructed, preparing quotations for wide range of products
including big Projects as per the data given by the Sales Staff.

• Reviewing the Pending Sales Orders according to the scheduled delivery dates and alerting the Sales
Staff respectively. To categorize and arrange deliveries as per Client's requirements and to prepare the delivery notes.

• Updating statistics in the ERP System.
