assist costumers, attend their needs and educate them in the products we have, .. including technologies of the items (running shoes and training shoes), tell them the benefits of each items, . and give them the right item that fits for their need when it come to sports and fashion. arrange items and display according to the virtual merchandiser standard.
Attend to costumer needs in assistance. Perform good costumer relation in order to gain their trust and increase sales by using affective sales talk. Supervising my staff in handling jewelries, and give them designated task to follow.
Checks the quality of the products (pizza and pasta) coming out from the kitchen. Maintain standard temperature of food products and check time servings. Answer’s costumers needs anf give them food and service satisfaction.
Take costumers order in telephone and give them information about new products of kfc. Provide suggestive selling to uplift sales and maintain friendly voice to gain costumers trust and satisfy them by giving them the right information they need.
