● Checking the guests valued items and let them check in by more comfort, seat them in couch,
lobby area and have them drink for welcome arrival.
● Keeping neat and clean the Basement Recep on all around the corner and make sure all are
gree ng the guests in professional way, The Valet Team & The Bell Men.
● Ge ng reserva ons for taxi and hotel cars forwarding to Concierge Recep on for more
informa ve support supplying guests’ requests.
● Review and see VIP reports on next days arrivals of guests are wri en properly,
● Responsible for distribu ng departure notes,
● Special request for ameni es and turn down service on special occasion such as birthday,
honeymoon and wedding anniversary.

● As an L2 many du es include; inflight sales, duty free sales, meals service and flight deck
support. Maintenance of high company standards both in and out of uniform.
● Key skills gained: customer care/safety, first aid, sales, care of children and passengers with
special needs, cash handling (currency exchange), balancing accounts and galley management.
