Provide all necessary help and support to passengers as required by our customer airlines which may include check in, baggage processing, boarding of flights, departure operation, greeting arriving passengers, handling of VIPs, provide special passenger assistance, handle customer complaints and other duties as assigned.
Administer all Store Development projects; Visual Merchandising plans and implementations; Retail Operations and Admin support in over a 100 Own-Retail and Franchise Reebok retail spaces in the GCC region (UAE, Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman).
Lead and support the planning and implementation of Visual Merchandising, Brand and Trade Marketing strategies in Retail Environments for New Store Openings; Seasonal Launches; Brand Activations; Campaigns; Events; Sales Meetings; and Sponsorships.
Deliver quality Customer Service and achieve the monthly Retail Sales target while at the same time responsible in executing and maintaining the Visual Merchandising standards and Brand Marketing strategies in the store. Support in the Visual Merchandising activities during new Store Openings in the UAE.
Follow hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices and requirements while focusing on meeting the needs and satisfaction of the customers.
