Handling and distribution of stocks of designated brands to Rivoli outlets across UAE
Reallocating stocks within main location based on sales
Handling inventory control & stock ageing analysis
Creating Purchase Order, processing invoices for the consigned brands and preparing GRN & costing sheets
Liaising with logistics & procurement team at the Principle end
Communicating and visiting stores to ensure brand standards are maintained
Providing inputs for deciding sales promotions and participating in brand sponsored events
Coordinating brand related training and calculating brand specific incentives for retail staff
Handling customer queries
Preparing monthly reports for internal and external purpose

Responsible for retail turnover
Managing the tasks including ordering stock from the warehouse, training new staff members, working out weekly rosters, resolving staff conflicts, theft prevention
Reconciliation of cash and stock on daily basis Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and upkeep
Increased sales and timely achievement of monthly/quarterly targets through excellent customer service levels and developed good relationship with regular customers
Communicate with the clients to coordinate overall sales effort in accordance with corporate goals
Help, drive motivate and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales target
Communicate with management regarding sales, employees and other important matters
Dealing with staff issues, including recruiting potential staff and providing or organizing training and development
Using the stock management system to log, check, locate and move stock both in and out of the store Instruct staff on appropriately handling difficult and complicated sales
Analyze, classify, record store petty cash funds for replenishment and maintain the reconciliation statement
Able to manage complex sales process and negotiations to a successful conclusion
