Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide support and guidance in implementing and monitoring of HSE management system at assigned QTerminals facilities and ensure compliance with Company and governmental HSE regulations.
• Monitoring day-to-day activities including audits, inspections, emergency drills, risk assessments, etc., and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Facilitate task risk assessments (TRAs) for hazardous activities at the worksite; follow up on the implementation of hazard control measures.
• Develop strategies to deal with identified risks & ensure the risk assessment process is managing the identified risks.
• Provide specialist HSE advice and support for new or upgrade projects; participate in the HSE studies/reviews, as required.
• Conduct HSE audits and routine inspections and provide improvement recommendations and follow up on the close-out of corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Participates in incident investigation, recommends improvements to prevent recurrence, reviews information on all incidents, and performs trend analysis for management review.
• Identify training needs and advise the HSE Supervisor on suitable training for employees and contractors.
• Conduct regular HSE training and awareness campaigns to enhance staffs capabilities and performance.
• Promote sound HSE practices for the safety of personnel and protection of the environment and properties.
• Issuance of Permit to Work, ensuring the control measures are adhered to and maintaining the log.
• Schedule, plan, and participate in emergency drills at assigned areas and recommend improvements in the facilities emergency preparedness.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvements and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices.
• Conduct HSE inspections at assigned QTerminals facilities to ensure strict adherence to HSE Policies and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Report to an appropriate level of Line Manager on all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements and ensure strict adherence and implementation of safe working in line with the companys OHS Policy, client requirements, or Industry Best Practices.
• Carry out recorded daily/weekly/ monthly site visits/inspections as required by the policy and monitor OHS compliance in the workplace and report the findings and recommendations to the appropriate line manager.
• Ensure that an appropriate level of follow-up action is undertaken to ensure that rectification or compliance with any identified gap in OHS is closed promptly.
• Assist in the formulation of new OHS measures and safe working in consultation with Line managers.
• Provide training/ knowledge/advice on OHS to all employees, workers, staff, contractors, and visitors as and when required.
• Complete inspection/ observation and non-compliance reports and render advice to Line managers as is required.
• Render necessary advice on OHS to field supervisors during site visits and follow-ups.
• Take part in all OHS meetings and disseminate information as necessary to all line staff.
• Carry out inspections of camps to ensure that hygiene/sanitation/fire and welfare standards are being adhered to, and to ensure that recommendations and rectification of issues are carried out promptly.
• Issuance of Permit to Work, ensuring the control measures are adhered to, and maintaining the log.
• Ensure that regular inspection and testing of any emergency procedures is carried out periodically where required.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules and a safe working system is provided for confined space entry.
• Ensure compliance in the delivery of Toolbox Meeting pre-work briefings are carried out in the workplace and a retrievable record is maintained at the workplace and ensure that all workers are involved in discussion and understating of the subject.
• Ensure that the reporting, recording, and investigation of all incidents, injuries, dangerous occurrences, and near misses are carried out appropriate measures and learning opportunities are disseminated throughout the organization, gaps are identified, and corrective actions are recommended.
• Collect and collate data on OHS performance as required.
• As far as is reasonably practicable and within the ability and experience inspect vehicles/ equipment in service for obvious damage and concern and bring to the attention of an appropriate Line Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Promote health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
• Application of programs to control hazards in the workplace and to correct unsafe work practices.
• Routine inspection in assigned areas, container stack has been viewed for any kind of abnormalities, including leaking, and primary action for rectification.
• Investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes recommend remedial action, and follow up on recommendations.
• Report any lapses, or near misses immediately, analyze different near miss occurrences, and take appropriate action to avoid the repetition of the same/similar occurrence in the future.
• Conduct regular HSE training and awareness campaigns to enhance staffs capabilities and performance.
• Participate in Toolbox Meeting carried out in the workplace.
• Make sure that the organization is aware of, and complies with, all legislation concerning the use of its plant, equipment, and substances, as well as in all workplace activities.
• Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of the health and safety program.
• Recommends necessary action or procedural changes to correct areas not in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure the conduct of Safety Audits/inspections on the Site, Camp & all other facilities.
• Participate in Risk Assessment activity for all jobs before the start of any job with the Project Team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
• Emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.
• Maintains adequate records of inspections and reports.
• Working as an Engineer in Dairy Plant, taking care of all machinery including Boilers, Generators, Hot water generators, Packing machinery, and maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• In Quality Assurance Department: Arranging inspection for the incoming materials and responsible for the movement of inspected materials to various departments and preparation of rejection reports.
• In Production Department: Actively involved in the production, arranging raw materials for production, and attending various sites for rectifying complaints.
• In Design Department: Preparation of legend for various equipment and prepare design specifications for various departments in our company for production.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise the maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment at the mine.
