Role and Responsibilities 1) Investigation on various Job failures from online, billing and report jobs, handling Different OVO Alert like File system, Load, Stuck treads. CPU Utilization. 2) Deployment of new tables changes from customer in production, handling Release, Build CIRT patching activity, ensuring the flow to be accurate, running BCV for database for customer use. 3) Perform the SQL operations on database to fix the bans which are rejected in billing. Use testing tool as Sanity Desktop to test each and every application (CRM, AMSS, ASAP etc.) Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges 4) Run the scripts in UNIX for production database on daily basis, perform the entire task daily and complete them in specific SLA time, analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
