I am part of a global reporting team which is the epicenter of all the global support functional teams like CSR, Finance, Service Contracts, Install Base, Field Support Orders, TPM, and Logistics for their reporting and analytical needs. I cater to all the global support business group’s reporting requirements and functional support requirements by project life cycle methodology.
Part of a dedicated team who serves as a focal point, coordinating and facilitating all of customer’s support-related activities, developing an intimate understanding of our customer’s operations and business goals and combines this personalized attention with "insider" access to NetApp knowledge, tools, and resources.

The role involved providing customer support to NetApp customers seeking support on services, products, and sales. Worked closely with Technical Support Engineers and cross functional teams to support customer needs.
Answering customer calls as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available.
Acknowledging queries, concerns and grievances of customer and solve them.
Updating the Account Status on Client Database.
Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management System and paper Reports on a daily basis.
Assisting the Unit Manager with the Team Reports.
Conducting In team training session for new recruits.
Identifying market segments with prospective candidates for overseas
education.
Visiting colleges and educational institutions, so as to give presentations
about the advantages of overseas education and the assistance provided by
the company in the same sphere.
Involve in education fairs, handling customer query with regards to courses
and countries.
Counseling prospective candidates on opportunities in overseas education
and career prospects in foreign countries.
Introducing the concept and advantages of the firm and counseling prospective
candidates through telephone.
Collecting the necessary documentation, validating its authenticity and forwarding the same to the concerned department.
