Prepare Contracts for ATM Branches, Renewal Contracts & Maintenance Contracts and their
renewals. Ensure all Maintenance contracts are renewed periodically ie: 1 month prior to the
expiry date & to follow-up on Maintenance works to be completed on time.

* Preparation of Proposals, obtain necessary approval, issue Work Orders based on approvals,
related Follow-ups, preparing & updating Project Schedules.
* Clearing of Invoices:- Attaching all relevant supporting documents on receipt of invoices,
Obtaining all necessary approvals based on managerial limits, Registering invoices in Property -
FCD Invoice Register.
* Administrative duties:- Preparing Overtime Sheets for Staff / Maintenance Vendors, Stationery
Control, Telephone Bills. Maintain scheduler & Appointments, Call Screening & Receiving
Visitors. Fax controlling, Filing. Maintenance of Client Lists, Stationery Control, Updating
Telephone Lists.
