o Conducted extensive research involving leading outsourcing organizations in India for operational benchmarking
o One of the authors of the 2006 Nasscom McKinsey Report on IT/ITES Services in India - Inaugural copy by Prime Minister of India

New product development

o Responsible for working with multiple GE Businesses and functions to identify learning needs
o Identified target market size, budget and proposed customized solution to meet business requirement

Information Management Leadership Program (2 year program across 4 GE businesses)

• GE Corporate - India - Conceptualized and developed platform to create repository of application developed pan India by the various IT development centers to enable leverage of existing applications
• GE Industrial Systems - US - Executed Green Belt project to improve the backup process at the Datacenter reducing data leakage, digitized processes to host servers at the GE Industrial Systems Datacenter
• GE IT Service - India - Developed business case for launching Server Management Shared Services from India center. Carried out financial analysis, feasibility analysis, drafted budget proposals and developed business plan for launching service
