Profile: Approaching customers who were new to bank, to sell banks products like credit cards and personal loans. Visiting customer’s office to add more potential customers to the bank. I have achieved my monthly targets consistently during my tenure.
Profile: To sell credit cards and personal loan to banking and non-banking customer by doing company visit, cold calling and Tele calling. Achieving companies target for credit cards and sub products of credit card like balance transfer, smart cash and credit card check facility. Follow Independent working style by doing follow-up with the case till approval and booking. Has been able to achieve targets consistently in all months during my tenure with the bank.
Calling existing customers of the Bank, resolve customer queries, do cross selling of new and existing products of the bank like personal Loan, Balance Transfers. To handle supervisory calls of other associates.
Handle customer concern by following the company policy. Sell credit cards and other credit card products.
