Answering to the calls for the enquiries of available flats offices, showrooms, shops and villas and arranging visits for prospective tenants in order to promote the various properties managed by the company. Coordination with the new applicants for the submission of the required documents along with the application form. Providing the quotations to the applicants and then accordingly the agreements on the negotiated terms. Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category to facilitate information retrieval and ensure a proper follow-up system. Accepting complaints related to repairs & required maintenance from the tenant in excel and Realsoft ERP software. Arranging the material required related to MEP and civil via purchase department for repairs in properties. Keeping record for the AMC contracts and their timely PPMservices. Collecting the invoices, along with the service reports for the payments of the facility management companies Supports maintenance supervisor and technicians with administrative tasks. Coordination with the Supervisors and tenants for smooth repair work. Solving the issues related to the services of Dubai Municipality and DEWA for the buildings and the tenants.
