Operates including shutting-down/starting-up the processing plant assigned to an Onshore Plant for collection & SIMOPS Operations, treatment and inward transmission to of Oil and Gas. Mixes chemicals, prepares the plant for routine/planned maintenance and carries out first line maintenance. Well equalization in case of SCSSV unable to open because of high shut in pressure and operation of SSV. Experience with Pig launching and receiving facility. Assist in the maintenance and repair of metering devices, Pump, values and related equipment and perform meter calibrations, operates control panel to regulate temp, pressure, rate of flow and the tank level in oil production and processing & chemical dosing according to the process schedule
Integrated Gas Processing Unit (IGPU) Condensate Stabilization Unit (CSU) Unstable Condensate unit, Dehydration of Natural gas with TEG Method, TEG Regeneration Unit, Refrigeration Unit, Hot Oil Unit, Produce Water, Well Injection, Handled Equipment like: Finger Type Slug Catcher, HP & LP Separator, LT Separator, Chiller, Glycol Absorber, KOD, Gas/Gas Exchanger U Bundle, Multi-Pass Exchanger, Plate Exchanger, Fixed Type Exchanger, Centrifugal Pump, Plunger Diaphragm Pump, Plunger TEG Circulation. Reciprocating Pump, Centrifugal Compressor (Gas Boost & Export), Reciprocating Compressor (RGC), Flash Drum, Surge Drum, Condensate Column, Un stable Buffer Vessel, Chemical Handling (Anti Foam, Corrosion Inhibitor, Anti Scale, TEG, MEG), FG System, Hot Oil, CDD, PTW LOTO system, Tank Form, utility, etc. Duties will cover all aspects of the Plant Operations including process monitoring all control from field & DCS and take quick action for all Alarms Appearing in SCADA and DCS.

Collecting Amine, Glycol, Produced water samples to the Laboratory for analysis and condensate sample Checking. Operation and maintenance of separator and handling, HP, MP, LP- Production & Test separator 2 phase & 3 Phase Separator (Gas, oil & water). PCV, LCV, PSV. Check the water/oil interface level in sump tank and operate their pumps locally when required.
