Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and other C-level
executives, managing confidential communications,
decision briefs, and the executive calendar with
discretion.
Coordinate all executive meetings, board reviews,
strategysessions, and creating high-level presentations,
ensuring preparation materials are accurate andtimely.
Arrange and manage end-to-end global travel itineraries,
visas, and logisticsforCEO and visiting stakeholders.
Draft, review, and oversee executive-level mails,
documents including MoUs, NDAs, and contracts,
ensuring compliancewith UAEcorporate regulations.
Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and
regulatory bodies for trade licenses, labor approvals,
and corporate registrations.
Prepare CEO reports, Sales Reports, board packs, and
briefing documentsto enable informed decision-making
atthe highest level.
Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and
internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of
priorities and seamless communication.
Manage investor, partner, and client relation at the executive level, including preparing
strategic presentations and handling VIP interactions.
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll, ensuring compliance
with UAE labor law, while serving as the key decision-maker for the team.
Provide financial oversight by reviewing expense reports, vendor payments, and executive
budget allocations.
Mentor administrative, accounts, and credit teams, conducting regular meetings, targeted
trainings, and sales training to drive operational and business growth.
Serve as a confidential gatekeeper for the CEOs communications, prioritizing high-impact
matters and enabling strategic focus.
Organize executive off-sites, international conferences, and C-level events, coordinating
with global partners.
Implement and optimize digital productivity tools (ERP, CRM, scheduling tools, Google
Workspace, AI platforms) to streamline operations and reporting.
Lead crisis management initiatives, drafting communication and briefing notes during
urgent or sensitive situations.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across executive functions,
enabling data-driven decision-making and measurable outcomes.
