Responsible for Operation & Maintenance
Responsible to Implement, Sustain and Improve Operational HSSE including Safety Management System. Acts as overall SMS custodian
Responsible for identifying hazards and safety risk analysis
Monitoring and effectiveness of safety controls
Ensure safety promotion in the organization
Regularly reporting to the GM (accountable executive) on the performance of the SMS and on any need for improvement
Field visit for safety verification and validation controls and safe guards
Analyze accident reports and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts
Track incident metrics and apply findings
Work Closely with Various Engineers and Maintenance Staff to ensure equipment maintenance are done as per the preventive schedule
Complete Repair, Maintenance and Administrative Duties as per the KPIs
Followed Standards and Professional Guidelines in Completing All Duties
Supervised Various Sites Including the Airport Ramp with Safety and Reliability
Complete Various Routine Inspections of Equipment Including Passenger Steps, Push Backs, Loaders, Small Bus Transportation
Supervise Maintenance Operations Including Tire and Filter Replacement, Hydraulic System Maintenance, And Engineering Troubleshooting Operations
Manage Teams to Complete Preventative Maintenance Tasks on All Equipment to Reduce Fault Risks and Prevent Unnecessary Future Damage
Responsible of Repairing Various Equipment and Parts Including Slide Door Motors and Sliding Window Motors by ensuring safe work practices
