Alphaeus HR Services Inc, an elite recruitment company that renders professional recruitment services to
Multinational Companies such as Bayer, Pratt and Whitney, Wells Fargo, Amazon, Goldman Sachs,
Morgan Stanley etc.

Recruitment and Selection
 Sourced candidates from job portals, social networks like LinkedIn, Indeed and Facebook,
internal database, headhunting and ad posting.
 Screen profiles and conduct phone interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies,
skills and aspirations
 Scheduling interviews of the candidate with the respective recruiters and hiring managers
 Formatting CV’s according to client expectations.
 Draft, Post & update all job vacancies on various job boards
 Receive candidate applications via email and respond to their requests.

HR Coordinating
 Coordinating, managing and mentoring a team of 3 Consultants for the US business
 Checking positions to be worked on, allocating the requirements to various team members and
checking on candidature status
 Responsible for the recruitment, induction and training of new hires.
 Update the Candidates Tracker on daily basis and report accurately each day on the status of all
vacancies.
 Utilised MS Excel to develop a database of CV’s, candidates and jobs.

Market Research
 Understanding complex job descriptions both IT and non IT
 Research the market about current trends in recruitment
Achievement - Top performer closing mid‐level positions worth $40, 000 for the US Business.
