Recruitment and Selection
 Sourced candidates from job portals, social networks like LinkedIn, Indeed and Facebook,
internal database, headhunting and ad posting.
 Screen profiles and conduct phone interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies,
skills and aspirations
 Scheduling interviews of the candidate with the respective recruiters and hiring managers
