 Preparing work packages based on TRAX Work orders prepared by FPE/FPO (weekly check, special pack, ’A’ checks, ‘C’ Checks) for accomplishment of routine and non-routine maintenance of aircraft.
 Issue and Receive work packages in AMPPS.
 Follow up for the issued work packages with Line/Base production planning unit.
 Review of completed work packages and transmitting various feedback forms (EO/ESWC/RS) of the accomplished work packages to the concerned sections.
 Manage assigned fleet’s work package flow in and out of fleet planning unit.
 Updating airframe hours and cycles on the work packages as per Trax on the accomplishment date.
 Updating Engineering Order/Engineering Special Work Card/Repair Scheme/Component Notices in TRAX as per the notifications from Technical Publications and preparing work packages for Maintenance Due.
 Incorporate Aircraft Maintenance Data in Trax system by preparing task cards.
 Prepare Aircraft Maintenance Amendment Data as per the AMP Review committee.
 Update and close all Work Orders lower than ‘A’ Checks in Trax. Update and maintain the assigned fleet filing system.
 Perform other duties reasonably as directed by the Fleet Planning engineer or Fleet Planning Supervisor.

 Distributing various mails and sending faxes as required on daily basis.

 Maintaining filing system for incoming and outgoing correspondence with updated record.
 Monitoring office stationary supplies and preparing requisition for replenishment to maintain
sufficient supplies.
 Performing duties as directed by the Vice President and Senior Managers.
