Thermal power and Utility plants process design for all types of boilers, including Water tube, Fire tube, Bagasse fired, Waste heat recovery boilers following ASME section I, II & VIII, ANSI, ASTM, TRD, DIN, API & Client codes.
Feasibility study and report submission to client for complete Power plants.
Performance enhancement of installed Power plant by economical modifications.
Heat & Mass Transfer, Heating surface area, hydraulic, fuel consumption, Burner load, Boiler efficiency, Piping insulation and Pressure drop calculations.
P & ID, PFD & control philosophy preparation according to client requirements for both proposals & awarded projects.
Deaerator, Feed water Tanks, Feed Water Pre-heater, storage Tanks and Blow down Tanks design.
Stack height calculations on the basis of emissions limitation as define by EPA.
Pipe line, Flue gas stack, Steam traps Pressure Safety, Pressure Regulating Valve, Blow down Valve (intermittent & continues) sizing & selection.
Orifice bore size calculation for flow meter and pump minimum flow line.
Process Equipment specifications sheet preparation for vendors (Feed water Pumps, Safety Valves, Steam turbine, Blow Down valves, Duct Burner, Auxiliary firing Burner, Level gauges, Control Vales, Diverter Damper, Recirculation valves, Steam traps, Soot Blowers, Heat Exchanger, Demister pads, Pneumatic cylinder, Flow meters & Mechanical Valves).
Boiler & Economizer Thermal design using KED software.
BOQ (Bill of materials) preparation for estimation of project cost.
Vendor’s Quotation vetting of process equipment (Technical evaluation, price, delivery time etc.).
Commissioning activities
Ensure the efficient and timely operation of the Ethanol production.
Daily efficiency report submission of the Ethanol plant and remained involve in daily meetings with seniors to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the plant.
