• Leading RTP Production Department & a team of 80+ people.
• Plan & prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance with Lean six sigma techniques.
• Record keeping of production reports, Time management reports, raw material consumption reports, and machine Parameter reports.
• Record analysis of reports & take measurable action if required.
• Worked with the product development team to enhance product quality.
• Close coordination with the procurement department to maintain a minimum stock level of raw material, tools & daily use items.
• Close coordination with the maintenance team to assure the execution of preventive & predictive maintenance
• Successfully implemented 5S Methodology.
• Leading production departments of HDPE Pipes, PPR-C Pipes, and U-PVC Pipes.
• Meet production targets up to 1200MT within stipulated time period with the best quality.
• To ensure the smooth & cost-efficient flow of production operations.
• Provides technical support to ensure that production will economical & reliable.
• Record analysis of production reports & take measurable action if required.
• Leading the production of HDPE & U-PVC pipes Department.
• Reviewing monthly production planning & Material Planning.
• Work on the process improvement for cost control.
• Record keeping of daily & monthly production reports, material reports, and maintenance reports.
• To ensure a smooth & efficient flow of production operations.
• Meet the production targets within the stipulated time period.
• Implementation of QC standards for continuous improvement of the quality of products.
• Utilize all machines and accessories in an effective manner for maximizing useful operating life
