Descriptions for this job as follows:
• Supervising Call Center’s staff and providing them with training on receiving customer’s phone calls.
• Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports for Sales’ Department and Call Center.
• Managing Social Media Accounts.
• Supervising Marketing and Phone Sales, as well as training staff on these tasks visiting customers to discuss and solve problems.
• Supervising creating marketing and phone sales reports and providing the staff with assistance when needed evaluation the quotations & determine the suitable offer.
• Following up on phone sales quality via continuous evaluation for the communication skills efficiency of staff and providing them with assistance when needed.

Creating annual marketing plans and assigning tasks for sale representatives
Creating annual reports for Commercials
Make schedule for the interviews and contact the applicants
Creating annual reports for advertisements through social media accounts
Making interviews with candidates who will work for the company
Following-up on the designers’ work and giving notes on the designs when needed
