- Participated in reviewing material submittal and the shop drawing, Inspect and follow
up the daily work on site, prepare snag list for works, carry out the ceiling closing
inspection, Monitor and control project progress, participate in kick off meetings and
find agreements for pending points, and present reports defining project progress,
problems and solutions.
- Doing Testing, Adjusting & Balancing for HVAC Systems, both Air & water Sides
according to NEBB Standards. Reviewing all HVAC system design & providing an
extensive range of solutions to enhance HVAC system performance.
- Also, do troubleshooting to achieve maximum system efficiency depending on the
standards regulation alongside with the field experience. Modify, Recalculate &
Redesign for the failed HVAC systems. Clean room Design & Qualifications.
Studying optimum design of all systems according to the project conditions and in
accordance with local codes and international standards, performing design
calculations, preparing schematic design drawings, preparing projects bill of quantities,
participated in reviewing proposed technical proposals, and reviewing shop drawings
and as- built.
