Tasks and responsibilities:

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Follow up fingerprint attendance and leave and prepare all monthly effects of salaries
• Reviewing and disbursing the salaries of the company, its agencies and its branches
• Managing and implementing the private medical insurance file
• Dealing with labor office records
• Dealing with social and health insurance files
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment material and post jobs to appropriate job board - newspapers - colleges.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
