- Hiring (Sourcing for the candidates, Interviewing them, preparing the contracts and register them in GOSI).
- Letters (preparing the promotion letters, Affidavit, Endurance, Warnings, Non-renewal and termination).

- Preparing and updating employment records related to Hiring (all the procedure that related to the hiring), Transferring (internally or to other company), Promoting (preparing the promotion letters and update the status in the system) and Terminating (Notice Letters, or terminating).
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed (making sure all the document should be attached to the employee file).
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
