• - Implementing the provisions contained in the human resources regulations, in terms of the violations and violations that occur in the company by employees.
• - Disbursing salaries, entitlements, and advances, preparing and submitting reports, and providing the most complete administrative services affiliated with the Human Resources Department.
• - Supervising the steps to implement the annual plan for training and developing the companys employees, in addition to supervising the program for periodic leaves allocated to employees and preparing the program as well.
• - Coordination with other departments to work on preparing customized plans for training employees and developing the capabilities of cadres.
• - Assume the task of signing and documenting contracts for new employees, in addition to verifying the availability of legal standards of compliance related to the companys employees.
• - Opening the files assigned to the companys new employees and supervising the procedures for appointment and the steps to complete them.
• - Work on developing company policies in addition to developing standard procedures for the unit.
• - Approving and signing vacations and departures, nominating qualified persons, following up on attendance and absence, and acting as a liaison between management and employees.
• - Save all documents and data related to employees, update them permanently and in an organized manner, and ensure the preservation process of these documents and data.
• - Preparing the annual plan for employment and also coordinating with other departments, in order to work on identifying the companys special needs.
• - Assume the task of selecting skilled and competent workers.
• - Supervising and managing all tasks related to the Human Resources Department.

• - Develop and change work on repair points, solve problems and reduce them.
• - Designing the organizational structure and the administrative hierarchy of the institution and updating it periodically in accordance with the administrative principles and the Saudi work system.
• - Approving and signing vacations and leaves, nominating qualified persons, following up on attendance and absence, and representing a link between management and employees.
• - Paying salaries, dues, and advances, preparing and submitting reports, and providing administrative services to the fullest extent of the Human Resources Department.
• - Receiving calls and mail messages for maintenance requests with companies and government departments (contracts), sending them to the technical department, and following them up as soon as they are completed.
• - Finding solutions and periodic communication to raise the quality of work, evaluating the operations department after completion, supervising the number of existing requests, and submitting notes to supervisors.
• -PREPARING AND SUBMITTING SALES REPORTS, MONITORING AND UPDATING INVENTORY, SOLVING PROBLEMS WITH THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, AND FOLLOWING THEM UP.
• -RAISING THE COLLECTION OF FINANCIAL CLAIMS WITH THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND MONITORING THE PROCEDURES FOR COMPENSATION AND PAYMENTS.
• - MONITORING THE WORK OF THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT AND RAISING THE QUALITY OF WORK TO REDUCE ERRORS IN THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, FINDING SOLUTIONS AND SHARING THEM TO BE WORKED ON, COMMUNICATING WITH LOGISTIC COMPANIES, FOLLOWING UP ON REQUESTS, SOLVING EXISTING PROBLEMS AND COMPENSATION.
• - RECEIVING CALLS, BOOKING, AND CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS.
• - SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS WITH PATIENTS AND DOCTORS.
• - MAKING AND SIGNING CONTRACTS AND TREATMENT PLANS.
