Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises. Likely areas of responsibility include
* Procurement and contract management for Soft & Hard Services -Facilities maintenance
* building and grounds maintenance; * cleaning;
* Catering and vending;
* Space management.
* Mail Rooms.
* Pool Vehicles Management.
* Drinking Water.
* Managing Hajj & Ramadan projects.

Duties
- Contracts (various including: formal, short form and annual contracts) - drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution.
- Develop, prepare and implement supplier management reporting system.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation and control all of contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
- Develop and implement procedure for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy as appropriate, contribute to or influence company polices.
- Monitor transaction compliance (milestone, deliverables, invoicing...etc.

• Design and develop forms, work instructions and procedures for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Develops and initiates methods for inspection, sampling, testing and evaluation.
• Initiate investigation and/or supply support for production quality related issues, this will include determination of root cause and problem resolution.
• Participating on refurbishment of Patriot defense system as member of quality assurance team.

• Ensure and instruct staff to follow the company rules and regulations, established policies and procedure.
• Ensure and monitors the adherence of general personal and industrial safety practices in the workshop and working areas.
• Preparation of technical and evaluation reports pertaining facilities, equipment and vehicles.
• Review standard justifications for proposed equipment or vehicle replacement and submit required reports.

Assist the project manager in the overall preparation of assembling & spool sheet during plaining stage of installation and shifting the materials to site.
