•Taleo Oracle System for hiring and resourcing
•Arranging Interviews with the candidates for all departments and all Position skills level.
•Updating the organizational chart with the support of the direct manager
•Communicating with department’s managers to discuss the JD and responsibilities + skills for the in house recruitment requirement.
•Saudization and visas are communicated with the GR Departments to a void and shortage or Government Violation.
•Resourcing with the official El Seif Premium linked in account, and by using All other social Media Networking websites and Portals.
•Support and assist in any HR quires related to the Recruitment and Team Task Requirements.
•Using MS Excel to organize files with employee information for Contract filing.
•Daily Updates to my manager about the working process.
•Business recruitment Trips Locally or internationally.
•Assisting the team in translation or interpretation.
The company is leading group of FAST Consortium, FAST Consortium are one of three consortia contracted by Arriyadh Development Authority to design and build the Riyadh Metro Project.
• Communicating by phone and professional Emails to contact agencies involved with HR matters.
• Schedule appointments for candidates and arrange meetings with mangers, contacting security Department by filling forms for gate pass.
• Doing administration works for new joiners, such as issuing Employment IDs, Taking Copy of their Passports & National IDs, certifications and documents.
• Using MS Excel to organize files with employee information for Contract filing.
• Sending Reports to managers regarding updates for the working process.
