Conduct inventory audits to determint inventory levels and needs - Notify manager of low stock levels in a timely manner - Use (FMC ) to poet invoices, receive and print out product requisitions - Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly - Troubleshoot vindor delivery issues
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the purchasing team - Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures and controls - Maintain complete and accurate purchasing records and reports - Establish and maintain accurate records and files - Working with other departments to help identify procurement needs and priorities - Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on criteria such as quality, pricing, and reliability - Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing arrangements.
Communicate with suppliers from serval companies to coordinate branch orders - Follow up of the daily supply process- Searching for a new suppliers and organizing meetings with them - Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between invoices and actual received merchandise - Use (FMC) to enter, solve and print out product requisitions.
