• Experience in MPLS and configure it, mBGP, IP CEF, LDP, LSP, LSR, VPNv4 and ability to configure big MPLS network.
• Configure VRF and Labels.
• Proficient in Network architecture and topologies.
• High Experience following network technologies/Protocols: LAN/MAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, WAN optimization, Remote Access, VPN, Wireless Network, Network Management tools.
• Proficient in DHCP, IP SLA, GLBP, HSRP, NAT, ACL.
• Modify the configuration on Core Routers and Core Switches, to meet our goals for keeping our backbone is up and stable.
• High experience in Network Designing and build it to be in high stability.

• Configure the customer devices “Access Point, Video Bridge”.
• Reach the customer’s SOHO router and configure it, and solve any problem in the customer side.
• Give the best solution to the customer to get best performance for Internet.
• Give smart solution and devices to the customer such as “cameras, alarms, sensors “.
• Troubleshooting for Internet, IPVPN, Leased Line & Xpress-Connect and fix the problems.
• Accessing the customer’s SOHO router and configure it to resolve the problems.
• Open complaints and escalate it to the concern team to solve the problem.
• Solve the problems are related to copper and GPON.
• Resolving GSM issues.
• Work as Back Office to support the customer and fix their problems.
• Fix the problems for PABX, PRI, BRI and Land Lines in the customer side.
• Have an access to the customer CISCO Routers, configure and edit the configuration for the customer routers.
• Experience in MPLS and configure LSRs in the Service Provider, mBGP, LDP, LSP, VPNv4.
• Troubleshooting for Internet (ADSL & Fiber), Leased Line & Data connections problems and fix the problems.
• Dealing with CISCO devices in different series like Routes "7200, 2900, 3900, 1800, 2600, ASR" and switches "2950, 2960, 3560, 3750, 3850, 6500"
• Implement Network services such as DNS, DHCP, Radius/TACACS, SNMP, Ether-Channel, LACP, PAgP, NetFlow, syslog, NTP, Port-security.
• Have an access to the DSLAMs in Exchange and fix the problem in the customer’s ports.
• Add routs for the customer to get the service.
• Configure the ports for the customer and connect the cameras by those ports.
• Network and Monitoring System for the customer networks.
• Troubleshooting the customer problems in their servers and PCs and fix their problems.
• Troubleshooting the Internet problems and fix them.
• Accessing the customer equipments and modify the configuration as his requirements.
• Using the ticketing system to assign link issue to a high level troubleshoot, and following up till resolving issue to provide high level quality of service.
