• Initializing the single line diagram for Duct & piping.
• Ensure that all HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, and specification and work plan.
• Select the Equipment, Sizing duct & pipe & Pump head calculation.
• Supervision duct fabrication and installation of the duct work following SMACNA, also supervision of chilled water pipe installation & supervising the complete installation of HVAC and Plumbing works.
• Ensure safe work environments, control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the project and issue the foreman daily instructions as per the work plan.
• Layout drawing for plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, Builders work, Equipment schedule drawing & reviewing the design/shop drawing.
• Ordering the Required material as per Specifications, Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target.
• Coordinating trades and taking actions for the requested items for Mechanical works with other.
• Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project manager and highlighting the Problems, Attending site meeting with other trades and taking actions for the requested items for mechanical & also Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the Project Manager.
• Duct system Design following SMACNA and installation of duct work.
• Responsible of receiving, distributing, and keeping records of all technical data.
• Preparing necessary material take off, Responsible for builders works, Responsible for preparing daily Weekly and monthly progress report.
• Co-ordination between Electrical, Plumbing, fire Fighting, HVAC & Architectural departments.
• Air Conditioning Cooling Load estimation following ASHRAE codes & BOQ Schedule.
Receiving the job orders on the workshop based on estimated time sheet with time scheduling to inform the service advisor in the event of extension/delay in job orders. Responsible of the workshop departments (Mechanical, Loading & Final Control). Manage a team of 20 technicians for Mech. & Elect tasks. Monitoring & reload the orders on each job with the responsible technicians including (Opening & Closing) time to ensure optimum use of work bays in the workshop & perfect quality of work. Daily & Monthly reports with workshop current load. Creating the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for all technicians & (Productivity & Efficiency) reports including (Worked Hours, Sold Hours & Sold FRU ). Routing the finished job orders to/from the final control engineer & sending back to the service advisor.
Receiving & loading the job orders on the workshop based on Estimated time sheet & informing the service advisors, Determining the job FRU from the KSD & Creating the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for all technicians. Responsible of monitoring the vehicles status in the service center & creating sheets for the vehicles awaiting parts/approvals & monitoring sheets. Daily morning report with workshop current load to (Service Advisor + Workshop Manager + team leader + Reception).
• Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments & receiving vehicle information.
• Listening to customer's description of symptoms; requests of the service desired; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules; explaining the repair or service order; estimating & calculating the cost (parts, materials, supplies, labor) & time needed to do the repair & dealing with customer account status & methods of payments.
• Preparing repair orders ( RO ) by describing symptoms, problems, causes discovered as well as repairs & services required; obtaining approval signatures & entering RO into service database system.
• Periodically check on the progress of the vehicle during service & contact the customer when technicians discover additional problems; get customer approval to do additional work; explain the work performed & the charges being billed.
• Handling customer complaints & ensures high customer satisfaction standards.
• Verifying warranty & service contract coverage by examining records & maintaining automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned. • Promote service facilities to encourage repeat business, Carry out after sales & follow up.
• Generate profit by selling service, repairs and parts.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Full responsibilities of spare parts orders and warranty.
