-Follow up Excavation works.
-Civil work (foundation -slabs - columns - beams - tanks-, ).
-Make inspections for all structural elements foundation, columns, and slabs and check
all the dimension, axis, and formwork, reinforcement (number, length, and diameter).
-Follow up concrete pouring for foundation, columns, and slabs. -Follow up (masonry -
.sanitary- electrical-arrangement) works, and concrete casting).

Responsibilities:
- Study site requirements from materials and manpower and handle to CM.
- Arrange morning and evening meeting with G. Foramen-Supervisor to assign main
work progress on daily basis.
- Make the required inspection with QA/QC engineer’s prior consultant inspection.
- Follow up Excavation works
- Civil work (foundation -slabs - columns - beams - tanks-, )

- Follow up (masonry -arrangement) works, and concrete casting.
5000 M^2, 22 floors
* COST : 60 MSR
Assigned for 3 buildings each 5 floors and floor area is 1200m2 + 5 Villas each 2
floors and floor area is 450 m2 (Total Areas20250 m2)
Duties:
-Assigned for 2 building each 2 floors and floor area is 900 m^2
-Preparing and reviewing all the engineering items (such as technical submittals,
Method Statements, Material Approvals, Shop Drawings, As-built Drawings, etc….) with
compliance with the project specifications and design.
- Monitoring & following up all site activities in site like (Reinforced Concrete, Screed
Casting, Block works, Drywalls partitions, waterproofing, false ceiling, steel structure,
tiling, marble flooring & cladding, stainless steel cladding, etc…) to ensure technical
requirements are monitored for compliance and implementation at site.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports and submitted to General Manager in additional
to regular updating for the program.
- Preparing Monthly invoices and submitted to Main Contractor in additional to
following the payment procedures.
- Holding Daily meeting with my team to insure the work progress matching the
project schedule.
- Attending Weekly meeting with Main contractor and other subcontractor to insure
the work progress to meet the project specifications and requirements.
Ensures that the project as per setting out plan.
-Ensure that the progress at site is as per approved time schedule
-Inspect work done, samples, materials, workmanship, ensuring compliance with
project documents.
-Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, and
method of statement-Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and
Monitoring the progress and manpower.
-Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site; and ensure that
construction is performed as per safety plan
-Investigating sites condition to determine any kind of obstacles for the proposed
construction during work progress
-Assisting all inspection procedures with site inspectors
-Reports to Senior Engineer site related issues (Daily submittal, inspection requests,
Quality Safety, Progress, Resources, Risk, Material, and equipment’s delivered to site)
-Review and make recommendation to senior engineer of all Shop Drawings and
quantities for accuracy
-Keeping detailed record and quantity of work done, the Contractor’s construction
equipment, labor deployment and material usage on a day-to-day basis.
-Preparing reports on work progress with respect to project schedules and resources.
-Report any difficulties and other problems that may arise at the site.
-Review and make recommendations to senior engineer contractor payments,
quantities, variations.
- Quantity surveying for the project.
- Monitoring & following up all site activities in site like (Reinforced Concrete, Screed
Casting, Block works, waterproofing).
- Preparing Monthly invoices and submitted to Main Contractor in additional to
following the payment procedures.
- Make the required inspection with QA/QC engineer’s prior consultant inspection
-All construction elements at ARAMCO SITE
* Drainage of rain and flood water pipes in side Airport.
* Oil Tanks in side ARAMCO site.
* Retaining walls.
* Precast elements.
