Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement process. Responsible for the electrical and low current procurement department procedures. Coordinate with the Construction /Project Schedule and Daily work task Scheduler that pertain to electrical Works. Review & Analysis tender proposal, price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. Analyze purchase requests to ensure clarity & completeness in technical specifications, quality standards, quantities & deliveries. Prepare submittals for consultants/clients approval, in line with the selected vendor and as per the department standards. Evaluate offers and select appropriate vendor to maximize value and ensure optimal service provision. Followup on material delivery and documentation requirements.
