Reviewing production orders related to the monthly plan for production.
Coordinates with different raw materials depts. and ordering their production so
there will be no conflict with the production monthly plan.
Increasing production efficiency so as to minimize scrap percentage and
maximize productivity as possible as through daily production analysis
discussed monthly with general production manager.
Moves production to semi-finished warehouse with its identification card fully
written with no missing info .
Performing breakdown maintenance for all machines department and assist in
preventive maintenance.
Maintain on safety and hygiene for workers and department cleanliness.
Managing the production over 30 machines with 110 workers, 8 supervisors,
2 SAP supervisors, 1 materials warehouse manager.
Head of both Hydrogel department-wound dressing cleanroom- and First aid
department with their materials warehouse and die cutters warehouse.
Opening notifications (mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous issues) on SAP
program.
Purchasing new die cutters, spare parts to cover safety stock for all machines.
Carry out any tasks given by the top management to achieve the objectives and
any orientations in favor of the work.
Give the whole production orientation to the new comers.
Performing a site inspection, raising the dimensions, and drawing it
immediately free hand sketch.
Design it again by details on SolidWorks then installing the most suitable
system according to client needs with respect to load, dimensions, capacity,
speed and external & internal design.
Making SolidWorks drawing for civil works needed from the client and
follow up with them to ensure it will be finished in the most efficient way.
Making SolidWorks drawing for each component (part) of the assembly so
as to be manufactured at our factory
Making SolidWorks install drawing to ensure an accurate installation
Making material requisition for materials and quantities needed in
manufacturing process.
Follow up power/water plants O&M to ensure it is working in the most efficient
way.
Assist in the O&M cost and expenses monitoring on Maximo.
Conduct inspection visits on sites.
Assist in the preparation of the planning department KPI report.
Assist in update the annual preventive maintenance master plan and
submitted to all concerned on Maximo.
Conduct quality/visual inspection on projects & monitor the items issued
vs. Plan and/or breakdown and submit report to project department
Generate the daily operation report.
Conduct daily technical meeting at sites.
Participated in Maintenance of some heavy equipment.
Manufacture and install steel fence of length 255m long 3m height, electrical wires
ground steel covers of 22 area, and 9 gates of total area 75 for engineers
sector at Air Forces Base at Borg El-Arab Airport.
Design and construction of drainage, firefighting and feeding pipelines at
Mohamed Naguib Military Naval Base.
Raising the efficiency of cooling towers at Ras El-Tin Military Naval Base.
Making the design of the ship pollards for one of Sharm el-sheikh ports.
Design and installing 3 gasoline reservoirs of area 2 each with the pipelines
from main source reservoir for generators room for engineers sector at Air Forces
Base at Borg El-Arab Airport.
Purchasing tools and materials for company's workshop.
