Responsibilities:
• On time clearance of 5000 Import/ Export Containers per year
• Review all shipping documents to ensure its compliance with customs rules and regulation
• Review the customs brokerage invoices to ensure correct HS codes and charges
• Inbound delivery and inland costing of all import / Export containers
• Plan the containers delivery to warehouse
• Follow up undertaking letters with concern Labs to ensure on time result for proper action
• Monitor the brokerage payment and reconciliations
• Update Quality team for convenient HS code for regulated products
• Demurrage and detention analytics and claims
Monitor the maintenance and spare parts of 58 Trucks, 116 flatbeds and yard forklift
•Monitor the productions of new flatbeds from raw material till finish products
•Monitor the depreciation of trucks and flatbed
•Monitor storage yard revenue and expenses
•Implement QR system for the complete fix assets and operation
Monitor and analyze the fix and variable cost to meet the assigned budget
•Record and analyze purchase, sales and petty cash invoices to support the company cash flow
•Monitor the inventory movements
•Prepare all quarters and annual financial reports
