•Developed Business Processes with the objective of streamlining the activities and put a system of man-hours collection, statistical reports to enhance man-power where needed.
•Promoted to position of DGM Engineering & Planning in Sep 2005 and became head of two main Production support departments being Service Engineering & Technical Planning.
