1. Organization: Following all relevant Visual Merchandising policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
2. Operational:
1 - Implement activities under close supervision
2 - Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner General Tasks:
3 - Implement high quality visual merchandising strategy and presentations through seasonal event calendar and brand guidelines

5 - Measuring the impact of merchandising action plans and issue weekly report to the Country Visual Merchandising Manager with photographs, comments and measurements of sales impact
6 - Following and implement brand seasonal VM guidelines
8 - Supporting the management of internal brand events
9 - Installing window and in store animations, design events and campaigns in line with the global marketing and event calendars
10 - Conducting regular store and market visits to check adherence to Brand standards and report back to the Country Visual Merchandising Manager
11 - Staying up to date with brand activities and external competitor activities New Launches:
12 - Defining the implementation in store for all launches/animations
13 - Producing the visuals, in coordination with the graphic designer
15 - Reviewing the merchandising plan linked to launches
16 - Preparing and-or adapt the window displays
17 - Communicate the merchandising guidelines to the stores and follow-up on installation Permanent Merchandising:
18 - Ensuring merchandising levels in the store are met as per the Brand’s guidelines
19 - Maintain updated order form for merchandising elements and ensure dispatch as per the needs
20 - Ensuring maximum shelf visibility
21 - Following the performance of the ranges and categories, and adjust the merchandising if necessary
22 - Propose any merchandising amendments enabling an optimization of the turnover by m²
23 - Manage new projects merchandising in coordination with the Marketing team (order and implementation)
24 - Review and implement the updated merchandising plans in the existing stores
25 - Develop new tools in coordination with the brand’s management to improve and increase productivity and efficiency.
26 - Implement new store concept whenever needed New Store Openings:
27 - Working on the Planograms for new store openings
28 - Working on the floor plans and zoning of the new stores
29 - Determining and ordering the store merchandising elements and small furniture's/decorations.
