Job responsibilities:
1. As a service engineer I visit fitness clubs and troubleshoot Technogym equipment.
2. Works requests manage via Service max like Open, Maintain, and close work orders. Submission of service reports and other relevant information based on the type of work completed.
3. Communication via email, WhatsApp, Teams, Microsoft office 365 etc.
4. Fitness equipment repair, troubleshooting and periodic maintenance.
5. Driving Hyundai Staria.
6. Monitored spare parts inventory and addressed shortages with spare parts specialist.
7.Applied critical thinking and research to address complex issues.
8. Maintenance, repair and troubleshoot many kinds of gym equipment like treadmills, bicycles, ellipticals, rowing machines, benches, resistance band, leg extension, smith machines, leg curl, power rack, push up bar, dual adjustable pulley, cable stations, reverse fly, lat machines, chest press, shoulder press, abdominal crunch, upper back, lower back, abductors etc.
I was responsible for maintenance many kinds of Kitchen Equipment such as Hotplates, Brat Pan, Boiler, Convection oven, Soup Mixer, Hot cabinet, Fridge, Cold Room, Vegetables processor, Hummus Machine, Meat cutter, Bakery Mixer, Dishwasher, Hot and cold food service trolley, Hot & Cold counter, Chillers/Freezers, Split AC, Window AC, Washing machine etc.
Also I was responsible for Periodic preventive maintenance (PPM), Electrical panel board And Lighting system.

I was responsible for emergency maintenance, planned preventive maintenance and power consumption calculation of 33/11 KV substation.
