Preparing financial statements and analyzing them to review the financial and operational
performance of different departments.
Submission of Quarterly VAT Return and compliance with FTA. Handling FTA Audit and fulfilling
Output and Input requirements and preparing VAT file.
Preparing financial statements including statement of comprehensive income, statement of financial
position, cash flow statement, and statement of change in equity along with notes to the accounts for
external auditors as required by IFRS and UAE law.
Performing month end procedures to finalize monthly financial statements including adjustment of
prepayments, advances and accruals and provisions.
Posting journal entries, preparing ledgers and control accounts, trial balance, cash account, bank
account and bank reconciliation statement.
Updating Fixed Assets Register with addition/disposal and calculating depreciation as per IAS 16.
Preparing final settlements, gratuity and end of service benefits.
Managing salary process keeping in view the requirements of MOHRE and CBUAE.
Maintain external relationships with banks, customers, vendors and External Auditor.

following areas:
Recording and posting journal entries, preparing ledgers and control accounts, purchase registers,
sales registers, trial balance, cash account, bank account and bank reconciliation statement on behalf
of different clients
Preparing financial statements on behalf of the clients like statement of comprehensive or income
statement (profit & loss account), statement of financial position (balance sheet), cash flow statement,
statement of change in equity along with notes to the accounts.
Book keeping both manual and using computer softwares on behalf of the clients and for the firm.
