• Supervise inbound logistics operations, ensuring timely receipt and availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies.

• Coordinate with local and international suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure smooth material flow and on-time deliveries.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability to support uninterrupted production operations.

• Lead warehouse receiving activities, including material inspection, documentation verification, and system transactions.

• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and regular inventory audits.

• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and monitor material shelf-life to minimize waste and obsolescence.

• Oversee material receiving, storage, and issuance processes using Oracle JDE ERP systems.

• Collaborate closely with procurement, planning, production, and warehouse teams to align supply chain activities with business requirements.

• Prepare and analyze inventory, logistics, and operational KPI reports to support management decision-making.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply chain performance.

• Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.

• Lead and support third-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring service quality and operational excellence.

• Undertaking control of quality RCAs and NCRs. Implementing preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Conducted daily inspection route on the production line to verify alignment with the production plan.
• Conduct regular inspections of the production area to ensuring the area hygiene.
• Tracking, and maintaining records of quality-related activities, including inspections, Quality & lab tests, and audits.
• Assisting quality team in tracking, documenting and reporting quality-related activities.
• Providing valuable support to the production team to maintain smooth operation.
• Determining quality improvement factors and corrective actions.
• Supervising laboratory processes and procedures.
• Contributing on internal audits for ISO 9001:2015.
• Tracking and achieving quality department KPIs.
