Responsibilities:
* As per the client requirement floating enquires to various suppliers.
• Market analysis to identify potential vendors and develop sourcing strategies and commercial approach to provide optimum value for money
• Commercial bid comparisons preparation, negotiating prices acceptance for standard purchase terms and conditions with qualified vendors.
* Adding sales margin and preparing proposals and quotations for client.
* Preparing proposals/quotations by adding sales margin..
* Materials follow up, arrangement of logistics (International/National) to deliver the goods, confirming the quality and quantity of materials as actual required.
* Ensuring timely payment to the vendors.
* Keeping records for Enquiries and order monitoring.
•Submitting Expression of interest, Tender participation.
•Supplier performance evaluation & vendor development.
Liaise with key company employees to determine their products and service’s needs.
· Monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
· Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company.
· Identify and research potential new suppliers.
· Research for new products and services to meet the company's goals.
· Assesses total costs of company purchases.
· Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
·Oversee a team of Procurement Executives.
