Manages the executive assistant duties for two top executives within The Group.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all procurement activities align with organizational goals.
Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, clients, and stakeholders as required.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to procurement activities.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on procurement-related matters.
Plan and organize meetings and events related to procurement activities.
Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for procurement documents.
Provide support in preparing budgets and forecasts related to procurement activities.
Manage complex calendars and schedule senior executives' appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communication on behalf of senior executives.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.
Provide administrative and business support to the Chairman & Vice Chairman and support other members of the Partners.
Assists in managing the reception staff and area by facilitating the arrival of VIP clients.
• With proven track record of successfully managed projects and meeting deadlines systematically.
• Providing full secretarial support to a department of 6 employees by utilizing superior organizational and planning skills.
• Responsible for implement work processes to develop efficiency, manage organized events and functions and deal with clients at all levels.
