Scope: Organize and market training for other sectors and sell training to sister companies as
well. Ensure GMC training requirements are being met by automotive sector.
Gather data for TNA analysis. Coordinating all training programs and events.
Responsible for training resources and facilities. Handling all Communication with
Industrial Modernization Center (EU entity operating in Egypt).
Answering all inbound calls at 888. Understands Customers’ needs and provide and
advisory service. Meeting Contact center KPIs.
