- Responsible for End-to-end process of continuous improvement across all supply chain functions, which includes Initiation, alignment, documentation, and monitoring of all supply chain standard operating procedures, including cross-functional SOPs & SLAs.
- Monitor the team progress on creating planned SOPs and updating authorized ones while extending the support to meet the targeted KPIs of the function,

- Implement integrated replenishment System Excel & Oracle to Support 300 (retail Stores) On a daily basis. Which monitor KSA retail Stores & DCs inventory Levels and trace all SKUs Status like: -
o Stock level comparing with Sales forecast MTD & YTD and weighted average sales.
o suggestion QTY to Dispatch from near available DC.
o Out of Stock, Seasonal Peaks & sudden high Demand. alerts to verify and action on it.
o declare Slow moving, and stagnant items to transfer or verify.
o Notify the Production Planning team with highlighted popup needs items.
o Review the retail Store and stifles capacity and minimum display QTY,
- Create STOs Tracker to fulfillment retail Store needs without obstacles or Delay.
- Set New items contribution Tracker Standard Template to assure that all new launch & promoted items are distributed to all Stores.
- Build dynamic report to monitor and compare Forecast & Sales Vs. inventory & Production for all gulf zones.
- Develop Demand aggregation Plan from Scratch which align with Sales forecast, Production Capacity, inventory, Minimum Display QTY per Branch, Lead time, BOM items alternatives, Stagnant items liquidation, Stock rotation.

- Prepare contribution plan for Quantitative demand for products
- Prepare monthly Supply plan for RB local products based on Sales& operation plan forecast
- Following up on the shipping schedule and Goods in transit
- Daily Following up on the warehouses’ capacity & utilization
- Balance between our warehouses’ capacity and our requirements.
- Prepare regional dispatches’ plan for RB imported products
- Prepare the transportation plan to cover the regional dispatches
